Admission Requirements
In order to apply for a PhD in Computer Engineering you have to have one of the following degrees:
- Master
of Science (MSc) in Computer Engineering (EE)
- Master
of Science (MSc) in Computer Science (CS)
- Master
of Science (MSc) in Electrical Engineering (EE)
- (Non Dutch University degree holders) In
case you have a Master of Science (MSc) from a foreign country then the
following also applies:
- Be
at least at the top 25% of your graduating class in terms of Grade
Point Average (GPA)
for the Master of Science (MSc) studies.
- For applicants whose mother tongue is a
language other than English and who did not follow all secondary and
tertiary education in English. You have to prove that you speak fluent
English.
- (Dutch University degree holders)
If you have a Master of Science (MSc) from a University in the Netherlands
then please contact the PhD coordinator here.
The selection committee will decide in individual cases
whether there are exceptional circumstances that justify deviating from one
or more of the selection criteria listed above.
