CAMARA-READY SUBMISSION INSTRUCTIONS

After the conference, all papers will become available through IEEE Xplore. Therefore, it is mandatory that all authors submit a final PDF file that is compatible with IEEE Xplore. This compatibility is described in IEEE-PDF-SpecV401.pdf.

Before uploading your PDF file, you should verify the IEEE Xplore compatibility using IEEE PDF eXpress. Therefore, go to http://216.228.1.34/PDFeXpress/log.asp and register yourself using the conference id fpl07. In addition, IEEE PDF eXpress can also be used to create the PDF file from your source files, such that the PDF file is automatically IEEE Xplore compatible.

Alternatively, you may use the following job options file to set Adobe Distiller to the correct requirements: xplore_distiller_files.ZIP. Please complete and sign the IEEE copyright form found at IEEECopyrightForm.pdf. Then scan it and upload it, or send it by fax to +31 15 2784898.
