FPL2007 REGULAR registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches, a copy of the conference proceedings (CD), and one gala dinner ticket. FPL2007 STUDENT registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks, lunches and a copy of the conference proceedings (CD) (no gala dinner). NOTE: Student status must be verified by faxing or mailing a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the university. FPL2007 PhD Forum registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches. NOTE: This registration option is only available for students whose submitted PhD forum paper was accepted. Moreover, their student status must be verified by faxing or mailing a copy of a valid student card or a letter from the university. FPL2007 One day registration includes admission to all technical sessions, refreshment breaks and lunches for the chosen day. Authors are requested to register as REGULAR attendees and pay their fee before 27 June 2007. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and payment of the registration fee (with the additional page charges) has been received. |

| ADDITIONAL ITEMS | |||||||||||||||
* Extra Page means poster paper exceeding 4 pages with a maximum up to 5 pages(***) and full papers exceeding 6 pages with a maximum up to 8 pages. The number of additional pages will be based on the camera-ready submission that should strictly follow the submission guidelines. ** In case you are registering for multiple papers (you must be one of the authors), an additional fee of 250 Euros per paper is required instead of the full regular registration fee (do not forget to indicate the title, paper number, and additional pages on the registration form). *** A mistake in the first version of the registration form mentioned a maximum of 6 pages for poster: this is incorrect. |

The receipt will be included in conference bag. No receipt will be sent in advance. Each attendee must register separately. Registration by phone are not accepted. Student status will be verified when registering. Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before July 13, 2007. A handling fee of 50 Euro will be charged. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after July 13, 2007 or for author registrations. |

| TERMS AND CONDITIONS | |||||||||||||||
Conference participation is nominal and may not be shared. Substitution of conference participation is permitted, provided the organisers have been informed by fax, mail or email before August 1st, 2007. The organisers reserve the right to modify the conference programme, speakers, or timing without prior notice and cannot be held liable for any such changes. | |||||||||||||||

| HOTEL ACCOMODATION | |||||||||||||||
Hotel accommodations are not included in the Conference Participation Fees and should be reserved by the Conference Participants with the hotel of their choice. A list of hotels that provide special FPL 2007 rates is given below. Special FPL 2007 rates are available up to July 27, 2007.
